About this role
Location: Maheshwaram, Hyderabad
Department: Finance & Accounts Reporting to: Finance & Accounts Department Head
No. of Positions: One Role Overview Support the Finance & Accounts team in project accounting, ERP transactions, statutory compliance documentation and reconciliations, with a focus on the Indus Towers Project, AEO Scheme and MOOWR Scheme.
Key Responsibilities - Assist with Goods Receipt Notes (GRNs), billing and ERP entries related to the Indus Towers Project.
- Compile and verify data for AEO and MOOWR monthly returns and assist with preparation and filing under the guidance of the Finance & Accounts team.
- Maintain supporting documents, registers and records for AEO, MOOWR and related statutory compliances.
- Track compliance due dates and promptly highlight pending information or documentation.
- Assist with reconciliation of invoices, GRNs, vendor/customer accounts and relevant project records.
- Coordinate with internal departments to obtain information required for billing, accounting and compliance activities.
- Support audit documentation and other routine Finance & Accounts work.
- Maintain accuracy and confidentiality of financial records.
- B.Com./M.Com. graduate or MBA student/graduate specialising in Finance.
- Freshers or candidates with up to one year of relevant internship experience may apply.
- Basic understanding of accounting principles and reconciliations.
- Working knowledge of MS Excel, including formulas and data compilation.
- Familiarity with ERP/accounting software will be an advantage.
- Attention to detail, documentation skills and ability to meet deadlines.
- Willingness to learn statutory compliance processes; exposure to AEO/MOOWR will be an added advantage.
