About this role
An internship opportunity titled : System Engineer - Intern has just opened at Airbus India located in Bangalore. You will join the "Digital Infrastructure Platform" department.
Ideally, this is a 6 months internship.
Your main missions will consist of :
- Perform root cause analysis for incidents trend analysis for proactive measures
- Report in Airbus defined template and fill all details
- Provide accessibility and analysis RCA, L2, L3 support
- Ability to work on the Service Now tool.
- Taking ownership of customer issues reported and seeing problems through to resolution.
- Following standard procedures for proper escalation of unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams.
- Track issues through to resolution, within agreed timeline.
- Talk clients through a series of actions, until resolution.
- Provide accurate and prompt feedback to customers
- Prioritize and manage several open issues at one time.
- Documents technical knowledge in the form of Knowledge base articles.
- Standardize the quality assurance procedures for software engineering, oversee testing and develop fixes.
Your tutor will support you identify your professional objectives and develop your skills.
This internship will allow you to develop the following skills:
- Hands-on experience on technologies like Java, dotNet, Scripting, Python etc.
- Basic Knowledge about Incident, Problem, Change Management and Knowledge Management
- Ability to adjust to changing priorities.
- Customer focus and proactive stakeholder management.
Currently pursuing Engineering (graduate/post-graduate).
You possess the following competences:
- Hands-on experience in Java, dotNet, Scripting, Python etc.
- Experience/Understanding with designing and implementing CI/CD and Pipelines will be added advantage
- Experience/Understanding on the API , Integrations etc
- Experience/Understanding on Linux or Unix environments
- Creative thinking
- Time management
- Adaptability resilience
- Analytical reasoning
- English : fluent
