Role Overview
We are looking for a D2C Intern ( Direct to Consumers) who will get hands-on exposure to the 360° D2C business, including sales execution, order tracking, launches, lead generation, customer feedback, and cross-functional coordination.

We are looking for a D2C Intern ( Direct to Consumers) who will get hands-on exposure to the 360° D2C business, including sales execution, order tracking, launches, lead generation, customer feedback, and cross-functional coordination.
Key Responsibilities
- Track high-value orders and festive sales spikes in coordination with the Operations team.
- Assist in day-to-day D2C execution and track metrics for new and festive launches.
- Support international lead generation for gifting and bulk orders.
- Conduct post-delivery feedback calls for gifting and bulk customers.
- Coordinate with Operations, CX, and Planning teams for various D2C activities.
- Maintain trackers and support basic reporting of D2C performance metrics.
- Assist the team in ensuring smooth execution of daily and festive business activities.
By the end of the internship( 04 - 06 months) , you will gain:
- 360° exposure to the D2C business as a sales channel
- Understanding of D2C sales and order execution
- Exposure to festive and new product launches
- Experience in lead generation and customer engagement
- Understanding of Operations, CX, and Planning coordination
- Practical exposure to D2C business metrics and performance tracking
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Basic Excel / Google Sheets knowledge
- Strong follow-up and execution skills
- Analytical mindset and attention to detail
- Willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced environment
