Intern - Content Research and Stakeholder Coordination

What you will do

• Schedule and run 15 to 30 minute interviews with function heads across the company
• Record, transcribe and summarise interviews, then write clear chapter scripts
• Collect existing photos, videos, presentations and process documents from each function
• Map how work passes between functions, from the plant to the retail shelf
• Follow up politely and persistently with busy stakeholders until you have the information and approvals you need
• Keep a stakeholder tracker updated daily
• Get written sign-off from each function head and from Legal before a chapter is released

Who we are looking for

• Final-year student or recent graduate (MBA, BBA, Mass Communication, Journalism, HR or similar)
• Strong written and spoken English and Hindi
• Confident with senior people, comfortable making repeated follow-ups by email, phone and WhatsApp without losing politeness
• Good listener with excellent note-taking and writing skills
• Organised and reliable; comfortable with Google Sheets or Excel and Google Docs
• Curiosity about how businesses run; FMCG, beverage or supply chain interest is a plus
• Basic familiarity with AI writing tools (ChatGPT, Claude or similar) is a plus
