Serve as a liaison for volunteers, vendors, and partners, and provide essential on-ground support during major events to manage registration desks, branding, and participant interactions.
    • Content and Communications: Develop engaging content for various channels, including WhatsApp broadcasts, email newsletters, and social media posts. Gather compelling stories, photos, and testimonials to enhance campaign materials and support the creation of reports and presentations.
    • Data Management and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of participants, donors, and outreach efforts in spreadsheets. Track key performance indicators such as call volumes, registration numbers, and fundraising progress to generate concise weekly and monthly performance reports.

    • Strong organizational capabilities, time management skills, and a keen attention to detail.
    • Demonstrated ability to follow through on tasks and coordinate complex activities in fast-paced settings.

    • A proactive attitude, high energy levels, and a willingness to work both remotely and on-site.
    • A genuine interest in event management, fundraising, marketing, sports, social impact, or the non-profit sector.
