We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Business Analyst Intern to support our team in research, data analysis, business reporting, and process improvement. The ideal candidate should have strong problem-solving skills, an eagerness to learn, and the ability to convert data into meaningful insights that support business decisions.
Roles & Responsibilities- Assist in collecting, analysing, and interpreting business data to identify trends and insights.
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and industry research.
- Prepare reports, presentations, dashboards, and summaries for internal stakeholders.
- Gather business requirements from different teams and document them clearly.
- Assist in identifying process gaps and recommending areas for improvement.
- Work with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and support ongoing projects.
- Maintain accurate records, reports, and business documentation.
- Support the team in tracking project progress, performance metrics, and key business objectives.
Job Requirement:
- Bachelors degree or currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Management, Economics, Statistics, or a related field.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and PowerPoint.
- Familiarity with data analysis, reporting, and market research.
- Knowledge of Power BI, SQL, or other data analysis tools is an added advantage.
- Strong analytical, critical-thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Attention to detail and the ability to work collaboratively in a team.
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced work environment.
