Intern - Beverage R&D (Alcobev)

Role & responsibilities

1. Trials support for dairy, bev, fruit prep & alcohol application on daily basis full sugar & zero added sugar products
2. Conduct trials on natural colours vs artificial, salts, stabilisers & other ingredients in alcoholic & non-alcoholic application
3. Conducting sensory evaluation & collect data as per protocol
4. Conduct stability tests for day to day application samples & report to category managers
5. RM sorting, creating internal spec for RM & maintain ledger for all RMs used for beverage application (packaging & process RM)
6. Daily calibration & observations of machines, handling labware & lab management
7. Conduct first set of flavour trials for any project as per brief given by category managers
8. Maintain record & SOPs

Preferred candidate profile

Must be comfortable tasting and sensory-evaluating alcoholic beverage samples as part of trials.
