Intern/Associate - Marketing

Job Summary

The marketing intern / associate will support the planning and execution of marketing initiatives to strengthen brand visibility, client engagement, and business development efforts. The role offers hands-on exposure to digital marketing, market research, branding, content development, and social media management while working closely with internal teams on strategic marketing activities.

Responsibilities

• Study the client profile and operations to understand its marketing needs. Conduct marketing research to identify industry trends using secondary research and commercial opportunities.
• Develop and implement a marketing strategy according to objectives and budget.
• Prepare detailed proposals and marketing plans.
• Advise on branding, positioning, communications, and other marketing issues.
• Give direction to marketing efforts with the most effective methods and tools.
• Monitor marketing projects and analyze results.
• Write reports with suggestions for improvements and new ideas.
• Design social media strategies to achieve marketing targets.
• Manage, create, and publish original, high-quality content.
• Administer all client social media accounts, ensuring up-to-date content.
• Liaise with writers and designers to ensure content is informative and appealing.
• Train internal teams to integrate and maintain a cohesive social media strategy.
• Stay up-to-date with new digital technologies and social media best practices.

Qualifications

• MBA in marketing or a related specialization.
• 0-1 years of experience (freshers may apply).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
