GoKwik is expanding its Voice AI capabilities to support high-impact eCommerce use cases for leading consumer and D2C brands. As an AI Solutions Intern, you will work closely with Product, Engineering, and merchant-facing teams to launch, configure, and optimise Voice AI agents.
This is a hands-on, execution-oriented role that combines AI solutioning, operational ownership, technical problem-solving, and merchant coordination. You will help translate business requirements into effective AI agent experiences and improve their performance and value delivery.
What Youll Own Voice AI Implementation & Operations
- Support the day-to-day operations of live Voice AI agents across multiple brands.
- Assist in launching and scaling Voice AI use cases for consumer and D2C brands.
- Configure and customise AI agents based on merchant requirements and business objectives.
- Monitor agent performance and support ongoing improvements to ensure reliable execution.
- Translate merchant requirements into agent customisations, conversation flow changes, prompts, and configuration updates.
- Experiment with LLMs and prompt engineering techniques to improve agent responses and performance.
- Identify gaps in agent behaviour and recommend solutions to improve conversation quality and business outcomes.
- Support testing, validation, and iteration of agent workflows before and after deployment.
- Work closely with Product and Engineering teams to resolve implementation challenges and production issues.
- Coordinate with merchant-facing teams to understand requirements, communicate updates, and ensure smooth deployments.
- Troubleshoot issues end to end and follow through on resolution.
- Document recurring issues, solutions, and learnings to improve implementation efficiency.
- Build documentation, templates, and repeatable processes to streamline onboarding and deployment of new brands.
- Identify operational bottlenecks and recommend improvements to existing workflows.
- Track implementation progress, agent performance, and pending issues.
- Help establish scalable processes for managing and optimising multiple Voice AI deployments.
Who You Are
- Have a technical background or prior experience working in a technology-focused environment.
- Are curious about AI, LLMs, and their practical applications in solving business problems.
- Have some exposure to prompt engineering and experimentation with LLM-based tools.
- Possess strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot issues systematically.
- Have good communication skills and can coordinate effectively across Product, Engineering, and Business teams.
- Are detail-oriented, organised, and comfortable managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Take ownership of tasks and follow through on execution until resolution.
- Are eager to learn, experiment, and work on emerging AI technologies.
