Job Summary

The next edge in B2B visibility is technology-driven marketing: high-quality AI-assisted content, intelligent distribution, and being discoverable not only in search engines but also in AI answer engines. As our AI Growth Marketing Intern, you'll run experiments that grow Alehar's reach, credibility, and inbound interest.

Responsibilities

You'll use content, distribution, performance marketing, and analytics to help more business leaders discover and engage with Alehar. Specifically, you will:

• Create articles, posts, newsletters, and creative assets with AI tools, a consistent brand voice, and human editorial quality
• Plan and run content across LinkedIn, our primary B2B channel, and other relevant platforms
• Produce short-form and explainer videos using AI video and editing tools for social, web, and outreach
• Set up, run, and optimise campaigns across LinkedIn, Google, and Meta, then report on spend, funnel performance, and ROI
• Improve traditional search visibility and Generative Engine Optimisation so Alehar is discoverable and accurately cited in AI answer engines
• Grow and engage relevant online communities and audiences
• Improve website content, landing pages, conversion paths, and embedded tools
• Instrument analytics, define KPIs, and run structured experiments to identify what drives visibility and pipeline

Qualifications

• Full-time availability required
• Currently in your final year of, or recently completed, a degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Computer Science, Data, or a related field; we care more about evidence than the exact discipline
• Hands-on fluency with AI tools and genuine excitement for exploring AI-driven marketing strategies
• Strong written English and a sharp sense for B2B tone and storytelling
• An analytical, data-driven mindset and comfort with metrics, dashboards, and experimentation
• Evidence that you have built or grown something yourself, such as a channel, audience, blog, newsletter, side project, or campaign
• Comfort working independently in a remote, international setting

Preferred qualifications

• You have hands-on experience with LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, Meta, or performance reporting
• You have used SEO tools, analytics platforms, or marketing automation
• You understand GEO or AI search optimisation and how language models surface and cite sources
• You have experience with video or photo editing, motion, or short-form content creation
• You are interested in finance, private markets, technology, or B2B advisory
