Relevant Experience: Fresher
Responsibilities:
- Handle Coordinate on Employee Visitor Movement.
- Coordination with Support Staff ,Office Assistants builders on Upkeep of Office Infra.
- Coordinate with builders/vendors for any floor maintenance.
- Handle all incoming outgoing couriers, Printing Petty Cash.
- Coordinate mentor Support staff Office Assistants on day-to-day work.
- Invoice tracking, DC tracking maintenance
- Lunch Cafeteria Management
- Coordinate during employee onboarding offboarding process.
- Prepare monthly reports as per business compliance requirements.
- Provide Assistance on office Administration related work.
Qualifications:
- Graduate of any discipline
- Good communication skills- both oral written
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle multitasking.
- Quick keen learner leadership qualities
