About this role
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Design and develop plastic parts for automotive interior components such as bumper, center console, door panel, instrument panel, pillar trims, and exterior trim.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure design meets functional requirements and customer expectations.
- Create detailed designs using CATIA V5 software and manage projects from concept to production launch.
- Conduct design reviews and provide feedback on manufacturability of designed parts.
Job Requirements :
- 3-8 years of experience in plastic design engineering or related field.
- Proficiency in CATIA V5 software for creating complex plastic parts.
- Strong understanding of automotive design principles and industry standards (e.g. ISO).
- Experience working on multiple projects simultaneously with tight deadlines.
