Qualification :

Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, Architecture, or a related discipline.

Job Summary :

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Interior Site Supervisor / Project Coordinator to support the execution of interior and acoustic panel projects. The ideal candidate should have at least 2 year of experience in site execution or project coordination and be willing to work closely with the Project Manager to ensure timely and quality project delivery.

Key Responsibilities :

• Assist in the execution and coordination of interior and acoustic panel projects.
• Supervise day-to-day site activities and installation work.
• Coordinate with contractors, vendors, clients, and internal teams.
• Conduct site measurements, inspections, and progress tracking.
• Ensure work is executed as per drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
• Coordinate material dispatch, installation schedules, and manpower planning.
• Maintain project documentation, daily reports, and site records.
• Assist in BOQ verification, billing coordination, and project updates.
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards at project sites.
• Resolve routine site issues and escalate critical concerns to the Supervisor.

Candidates with experience in any of the following will be preferred:

• Acoustic panels
• Ceiling systems
• Wall panels
• Interior fit-outs
• Building materials
• Modular interiors
• Architectural products

Skills Required :

• Site supervision and project coordination
• Understanding of BOQs and engineering/interior drawings
• Client and vendor coordination
• Good communication and reporting skills
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word)

Experience in commercial interiors, corporate offices, hospitality, institutional, or turnkey projects will be an added advantage.
