Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible and experienced Site Interior Supervisor to oversee and manage interior fit-out and execution work at project sites. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring quality workmanship, timely completion, coordination with contractors and vendors, and smooth day-to-day site operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily interior and fit-out work at the project site.
• Coordinate with contractors, carpenters, electricians, plumbers, painters, and other vendors.
• Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings, BOQ, specifications, and quality standards.
• Monitor manpower, material availability, and daily work progress.
• Identify and resolve on-site execution issues.
• Maintain daily progress reports and update the project/team management.
• Check measurements and quality of completed work.
• Coordinate with project managers, designers, engineers, clients, and other stakeholders.
• Ensure proper handling and utilization of materials to minimize wastage.
• Monitor site cleanliness, safety, and discipline.
• Follow up with vendors and subcontractors to ensure timely completion of assigned work.
• Assist in site measurements, material verification, and final handover.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in Interior Design, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field preferred.
• Experience in interior fit-out, construction, or turnkey projects.
• Good knowledge of carpentry, false ceiling, flooring, painting, electrical, plumbing, and finishing works.
• Ability to read and understand interior drawings and layouts.
• Strong coordination and manpower management skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and reporting.
• Ability to handle multiple activities and work under deadlines.

Experience

49 years of relevant experience in interior fit-out, construction, or turnkey projects.

Salary

As per experience and interview performance.
