Interior Site Engineer

SITE ENGINEER / PROJECT COORDINATOR COMMERCIAL INTERIORS

Role & Responsibilities

• Handle commercial interior projects from site marking to project completion.
• Coordinate and supervise daily site activities and ensure work is executed as per approved drawings and specifications.
• Coordinate with vendors, contractors and service agencies.
• Verify and manage material requirements, purchase, delivery and quality checking.
• Monitor material consumption and maintain proper material management and site records.
• Check vendor measurements, work completion and vendor bills before submission.
• Maintain daily work progress and update the CRM/project management system.
• Prepare and submit daily site progress reports and work updates.
• Coordinate with clients and address day-to-day site requirements.
• Coordinate with design, procurement and project teams for smooth execution.
• Ensure quality, timelines, safety and workmanship standards are maintained at site.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Experience in handling corporate office and IT office interior projects.
• Strong hands-on experience in:
  
• Civil works
• Carpentry and modular works
• Flooring
• False ceiling and finishes
• Painting and other finishing works
• Electrical works
• HVAC / AC works
• Fire Alarm System (FAS)
• Other MEP and service vendors
• Ability to read and understand architectural and interior drawings.
• Good vendor coordination, client handling and site management skills.
• Strong knowledge of materials, workmanship and interior execution.
• Good communication, documentation and reporting skills.
• Willingness to travel to project sites as required.
