Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise interior works such as false ceiling, flooring, carpentry, painting, and MEP coordination
- Read and interpret interior drawings and layouts
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and design teams
- Ensure quality standards and safety compliance at site
- Monitor material usage and site progress
- Prepare daily site reports and resolve site issues
- Ensure timely project completion within budget
Requirements:
- Diploma / BE / BTech in Civil Engineering or Interior-related field
- 3 to 10years of experience in interior fit-out projects
- Knowledge of materials, finishes, and execution methods
- Good communication and site coordination skills
- Proficiency in AutoCAD is an advantage
