Interior Sales Executive, Residential Interior Sales

We are looking for a Business Development Executive to generate leads and acquire clients for our interior design, architecture, and turnkey projects.

Responsibilities

• Generate leads through cold calling, WhatsApp, email, LinkedIn, and other channels.
• Identify and qualify potential clients for interior and turnkey projects.
• Handle follow-ups and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
• Schedule client meetings and site visits.
• Understand client requirements, budget, and project scope.
• Coordinate with the design/project team for qualified leads.
• Maintain lead and follow-up records in CRM.
• Achieve monthly lead, meeting, and sales targets.

Requirements

• 14 years of experience in Sales / Business Development / Lead Generation.
• Experience in Interior Design, Architecture, Construction, Real Estate, Modular Kitchen, or Home Renovation preferred.
• Strong cold-calling and communication skills.
• Target-oriented with good follow-up and negotiation skills.
• Comfortable with outbound calling and client acquisition.
• Hyderabad-based candidates preferred.
