About this role
Key Responsibilities
- Generate and handle new leads for residential & commercial interior projects.
- Manage inside sales, client calls, follow-ups and new business development.
- Attend client meetings and site visits.
- Understand client requirements and convert leads into confirmed projects.
- Prepare and present 2D layouts and 3D interior designs.
- Prepare quotations, negotiate commercials and close new deals.
- Manage complete project execution at the site.
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors and clients.
- Ensure projects are completed on time with required quality and within budget.
Essential Skills
- AutoCAD 2D Designing
- SketchUp / 3ds Max – 3D Designing
- V-Ray / Enscape or similar rendering software
- Interior designing & space planning
- Interior site execution & project management
- Lead generation & inside sales
- Client handling & meetings
- Sales negotiation & deal closure
- Interior costing & material knowledge
- Vendor & contractor management
Preferred Candidate
Someone who can independently handle the complete process:
Generate Lead Meet Client Design Quote Close Deal Manage Site Project Handover
Candidates with experience in interior designing + sales + site/project management will be strongly preferred.
