Interior Project Manager

Role & responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end execution of commercial interior projects, from planning to handover.
• Manage and coordinate multiple departments design, procurement, commercial, and site execution.
• Work with production managers (carpentry, paint, finishing) to resolve challenges with tact and authority.
• Develop and monitor project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Establish communication channels between departments for seamless project execution.
• Conduct regular site visits to ensure adherence to design, quality, and timelines.
• Drive improvements in logistics, manpower deployment, and manufacturing-to-site coordination.
• Engage with clients, contractors, and stakeholders to align expectations and enforce project goals.
• Build and strengthen site teams by monitoring availability and flow of personnel, assigning teams to projects.
• Track project metrics, prepare reports, and escalate risks proactively.

Preferred candidate profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in managing commercial interior fit-out projects.
• Strong understanding of interior execution processes, materials, carpentry, and finishes.
• Proven track record of managing cross-functional teams and multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Ability to read and interpret drawings, BOQs, and technical specifications.
