Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Interior Designer role based in Hyderabad. The Interior Designer will develop design concepts for residential and commercial spaces, including space planning, mood boards, material palettes, and layout options aligned with client requirements. The role involves preparing detailed drawings, presentations, and specifications, coordinating with architects, contractors, and vendors, and overseeing on-site execution to ensure design intent, quality, and timelines are met. The Interior Designer will participate in client meetings, gather briefs, present design proposals, and refine solutions based on feedback. Daily responsibilities also include sourcing FF&E elements, staying updated on design trends and materials, and maintaining organized project documentation.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong skills in Interior Design and Space Planning for residential and commercial projects.
• Candidates should possess a solid understanding of Architecture and Construction Drawings to translate concepts into executable plans.
• Candidates should possess competence in FF&E selection, including furniture, fixtures, finishes, and equipment coordination.
• Proficiency in design and drafting software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or similar) and presentation tools (PowerPoint, Adobe Suite) is beneficial.
• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field is preferred.
• Strong visual, spatial, and aesthetic sense, with attention to detail, project organization, and time management.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills for working with clients, cross-functional teams, and site personnel.
• Previous experience in residential or commercial interior projects in a similar role is an advantage.
