Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Interior Designer role based in Vadodara. The Interior Designer will be responsible for developing design concepts for residential and commercial projects, preparing layout plans, and creating detailed drawings and presentations. Daily activities include space planning, selecting finishes and furnishings, coordinating and ensuring that design intent is accurately translated into execution. The role involves collaborating with architects, contractors, and vendors, visiting sites to monitor progress, and adjusting designs as needed to maintain quality, timelines, and budgets. The Interior Designer will also participate in client meetings to understand requirements, present design proposals, and incorporate feedback throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Interior Design and Space Planning, with the ability to create functional, aesthetic layouts for diverse types of spaces.
• Knowledge of Architecture and Construction Drawings to coordinate with project teams and support accurate on-site execution.
• Experience with FF&E (furniture, fixtures, and equipment) selection, specification, and coordination aligned with project design and budget.
• Proficiency in design and drafting software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or similar), and ability to create clear presentations and 3D visualizations.
• Diploma or degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field, with prior experience in residential and/or commercial interiors.
• Strong attention to detail, time management, and project coordination skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills for working with clients, vendors, and on-site teams.
• Understanding of materials, finishes, sustainability considerations, and current interior design trends.
