Interior Designer

Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Interior Designer role located in North Goa. The Interior Designer will develop design concepts, prepare mood boards, and create detailed layouts for residential and commercial spaces, including kitchens, wardrobes, and custom furniture. Daily responsibilities include space planning, selecting finishes and FF&E, coordinating with architects, contractors, and vendors, and preparing construction and installation drawings. The role involves regular site visits to oversee implementation, ensure design intent is maintained, and resolve on-site issues. The Interior Designer will collaborate with the internal team and clients, manage project timelines and documentation, and support presentations and revisions throughout the design process.

Qualifications

• Strong Interior Design and Space Planning skills, with the ability to translate client requirements into functional, aesthetic concepts.
• Knowledge of Architecture and Construction Drawings to coordinate effectively with project teams and ensure accurate execution on site.
• Experience with FF&E (furniture, fixtures, and equipment) selection, including materials, finishes, and product sourcing.
• Proficiency in design and drafting software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or similar) and familiarity with presentation tools.
• Effective communication and client-facing skills, with the ability to present ideas clearly and incorporate feedback.
• Strong attention to detail, time management, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Relevant diploma or degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field; prior experience in residential or commercial interiors is an advantage.
