Interior Designer

Job Summary:

We are seeking a talented and creative Interior Designer with 3 to 6 years of experience to join our team at our Madhapur, Hyderabad location. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in interior design with proficiency in key design software tools and a keen eye for detail. The candidate must also possess excellent skills in client interaction, particularly in preparing and managing quotations.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and Planning:

Develop and conceptualize interior design projects for residential and commercial spaces.

Create detailed layouts and plans using AutoCAD and SketchUp.

Visualize and render designs using V RAY, D5, and Vantage.

Client Interaction:

Engage with clients to understand their design needs and preferences.

Present design concepts and revisions based on client feedback.

prepare and manage detailed quotations, enduring transparency and accuracy

Documentation and reporting:

Maintain and update design documentation, including project timelines and cost estimates.

Utilize MS Excel to prepare and manage project - related reports and quotations.

Required skills:

Proficiency in AutoCAD, Sketchup, Escape, Photoshop, V RAY, D5 and vantage

Strong command of MS Excel for creating and managing client quotations, BOQ's and project documentation.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients.

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.

Qualifications:

B.Arch / D Arch/ B.Design or Diploma in Interior.

3-6 years of relevant experience in interior design

Demonstrated experience in handling client interactions and project quotations.
