Interior Designer

We are looking for a skilled, creative, and results-oriented Interior Designer to join our team in Jaipur. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of 2D drawings, 3D visualization, client meetings, sales, and on-site project execution.

The candidate will be responsible for understanding client requirements, preparing design concepts and presentations, converting leads into projects, coordinating with clients and site teams, and ensuring smooth execution of interior design projects.

Candidates with a combination of designing, sales, client management, and site supervision skills will be preferred.

Roles & responsibilities :

• Prepare 2D layouts, floor plans, furniture layouts, and working drawings.
• Create 3D interior designs, realistic renders, and client presentations.
• Understand client requirements, preferences, budgets, and design expectations.
• Attend client meetings, explain design concepts, and suggest suitable interior solutions.
• Handle sales activities, follow up with potential clients, and convert inquiries into confirmed projects.
• Prepare quotations, cost estimates, material selections, and design proposals.
• Visit project sites regularly to inspect progress and coordinate with contractors, vendors, and site workers.
• Ensure that design plans are implemented properly at the site.
• Coordinate with clients throughout the project lifecycle and provide regular updates.
• Manage project timelines, material requirements, and execution quality.
• Maintain professional relationships with clients and contribute to business growth.

Required Skills :

• Good knowledge of 2D and 3D interior designing.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and relevant 3D design/rendering software such as SketchUp, 3ds Max, V-Ray, Lumion, or similar tools.
• Strong communication, presentation, and client-handling skills.
• Sales ability and confidence in converting prospective clients into projects.
• Knowledge of interior materials, finishes, furniture, lighting, and space planning.
• Ability to understand drawings and coordinate on-site execution.
• Willingness to travel to project sites in and around Jaipur.
• Good negotiation, time-management, and problem-solving skills.
