Interior Designer

Job Summary

Role Overview: We are looking for an Interior Designer to plan and design functional, attractive, and practical interior spaces for residential or commercial projects. The candidate will understand client requirements, prepare design concepts and layouts, suggest materials, colours, furniture, and lighting, and coordinate with vendors and execution teams to ensure designs are completed as planned.

Key Responsibilities

• Understand clients' needs, preferences, budget, and project requirements.
• Prepare space plans, furniture layouts, mood boards, and design concepts.
• Create 2D layouts and 3D designs/renders using relevant design software.
• Recommend suitable materials, finishes, colours, furniture, and lighting.
• Prepare design presentations, estimates, and basic project documentation.
• Coordinate with clients, contractors, vendors, and site teams.
• Conduct site visits and monitor work to ensure the design matches the approved plan.
• Manage timelines and make design revisions based on feedback.

Requirements

• Diploma or degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field preferred.
• Knowledge of space planning, colour combinations, materials, and furniture layouts.
• Familiarity with AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, Photoshop, or similar tools is an advantage.
• Good communication, creativity, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.
• Freshers and candidates with relevant experience may apply.
