Interior Designer

Prerequisites

• You should be a graduate in interior designing/B.Arch or any graduate with a mandatory diploma in interior designing.
• You need at least 2 years of experience after education in residential interior designing.
• You need to be proficient in AutoCAD, Google SketchUp, rendering software, Microsoft Excel, and PowerPoint.
• You need to be fluent in English and any one regional language, preferably Marathi/Hindi.
• Knowledge of modular furniture design is mandatory.
• You need to be in the age group of 24 to 35 years.
• You need a passion for meeting clients, listening to their requirements, creating mood boards, and designing homes to meet client expectations.
• Work on weekends, as Tuesday is the weekly off.

Responsibilities

• Meet clients, make presentations, conduct experience centre walkthroughs, and present mood boards and estimates.
• Visit client sites for measurements and final checking.
• Design homes using Google SketchUp and rendering software, prepare presentations, and collect payments according to stage-based milestones.
• Guide customers with end-to-end home interior solutions, including modular furniture, loose furniture, decor, and furnishing.
• Be the primary point of contact for all clients whose homes you design.
