Interior Designer

As an Designer, you will work closely with Clients and Architects to plan and transform their spaces including Space Planning, Selection of Furniture, select Polish / Fabric / Stone / Other material options and color schemes.

You will be instrumental in assisting customers in finding the perfect furniture pieces / planning Mill Work to suit their needs and preferences and in helping our clients transform their spaces into functional, aesthetically pleasing, and personalized environments. Your expertise in design principles, space planning, materials, and colour schemes will be instrumental in creating stunning and innovative Interior & Furniture designs. From concept development to project execution, your keen eye for detail and passion for design will help clients realize their vision and create inspiring living and working spaces.

Responsibilities:

• Client Consultation: Meet with Architects / Corporates / Clients to understand their design requirements, preferences, and budgetary constraints and Furniture styles.
• Conduct thorough discussions and ask relevant questions to gather essential information for the project / Requirement.
• Build and nurture strong relationships with customers and develop a network of repeat customers and referrals through effective communication, product knowledge, and personalized attention.
• Concept Development: Utilize your design skills, creativity, and knowledge of current industry trends to develop initial design concepts and mood boards that align with clients' needs and preferences.
• Space Planning: Analise and assess the available space to determine its best utilization. Create floor plans, 3D models, and detailed drawings using computer aided design (CAD) software to visualize the proposed design layout and arrangement of furniture, fixtures, and other elements.
• Material and Colour Selection: Research and select appropriate materials, finishes, furnishings, and colour schemes that enhance the aesthetic appeal and functionality of the space. Consider factors such as durability, sustainability, and maintenance requirements while making design choices.
• Client Presentation: Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to clients, showcasing the proposed design concepts, materials, and colour schemes.
• Clearly communicate design ideas and rationale behind design decisions, addressing client concerns and gaining their approval.

Desired profile:

• Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
• Proven experience as an Interior Designer, with a portfolio showcasing your design projects
• Proficiency in computer-aided design (CAD) software and other relevant design tools.
• Strong knowledge of design principles, space planning, materials, and color theory.
• Excellent creativity and artistic abilities with a keen eye for detail.
• Strong communication and presentation skills to effectively interact with High End clients and stakeholders.
• Project management skills, including the ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
