Position Overview:
As a Design Executive at Storeyboard Design, you will play a key role in creating exceptional high-end luxury designs for residential projects. You'll be responsible for the entire design process, including 3D modelling, Bill of Quantities (BOQ), drawings, client presentations, and coordination with site engineers.

Key Responsibilities:
• Design Excellence: Develop high-end luxury residential designs, including 3D models, BOQs, and drawings.
• Client Presentation: Deliver impactful presentations that clearly communicate design concepts and ideas, ensuring client satisfaction and confidence in the design process.
• Coordination: Collaborate closely with site engineers and other team members to ensure seamless project execution.
• Software Proficiency: Utilize AutoCAD, Sketch Up, Excel, PowerPoint, and Photoshop (a plus) for design and presentation purposes.

Qualifications and Experience:
• Minimum 5 years of experience in residential design.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Sketch Up, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Strong client presentation and excellent communication skills.
• Knowledge of Photoshop is a plus.

Educational background

BSc interior design, Diploma in Interior design and B.Arch.
