Interior Designer

Role & Responsibilities

We are looking for an Interior Designer to join our design team and support ongoing design projects from concept through site execution. The said person must assist the Head of Design & teams for various Interior project related works & presentations for clients. We are keen on someone that has managed clients & is fluent in their communication (especially in English)

• Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with interior design concepts, drawings and presentations (with a good command over prompts for Ai)
• Good knowledge & skill to create & assist in creating 3Ds (with complete visualisation, including lighting)
• Prepare and modify working drawings and details (with good command of AutoCAD & illustrator)
• Assist with BOQs, quotations and material specifications (with good command of Microsoft Excel)
• Support in Coordinating with vendors, contractors and the site team (including visiting site* as per demand of the project)

Assist with site execution and site measurements (full knowledge of the measurement as per experience)

Follow up on procurement of all materials, finishes and site or project requirements.

REPORTING at every stage of the Project or job at hand - making sure design intent is maintained during execution.

Maintain project documentation and drawings & file all details to keep future records systematically (as per the rules of the company)

Skills Required

Minimum 2 year of relevant interior design experience

Good knowledge of AutoCAD and 3D software

Understanding of lighting and materials

Basic knowledge of BOQs and estimation

Good understanding of site execution

Good communication and spoken English

Presentable, organised and professional

Willingness to travel to project sites when required

Should be proactive, detail-oriented and comfortable working in a fast-paced design environment
