Interior Designer - Corporate Office Spaces

Location: Mumbai | Experience: 3-4 Years

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Interior Designer to design and execute premium corporate office spaces.

Role & responsibilities

• Design and plan office interiors, layouts, and workspace utilization
• Read and interpret architectural drawings and blueprints
• Ensure project compliance with municipal guidelines and building norms
• Select materials and prepare detailed material boards for projects
• Prepare Bill of Quantities (BOQ) with proper specifications and material selection
• Coordinate with architects, vendors, and contractors for execution
• Conduct site visits and ensure timely project completion
• Manage materials, finishes, and vendor deliverables
• Ensure adherence to safety and design standards

Preferred candidate profile

• Bachelors / Masters degree in Civil Engineering
• 3-4 years of experience in commercial/office interiors
• Strong skills in AutoCAD, SketchUp or similar tools
• Ability to understand and work with architectural layouts
• Knowledge of BOQ preparation and material specifications
• Good communication and coordination skills
