Interior Designer

Role & Responsibilities

• Develop interior design concepts, layouts and detailed drawings specifically for retail projects, and retail furniture
• Prepare accurate 2D drawings, elevations and working drawings
• Create 3D models and realistic renders for client presentations
• Conduct site visits, take measurements and prepare recce reports
• Coordinate with clients, vendors and the production team
• Prepare material selections, mood boards and presentations
• Manage multiple projects and ensure timely execution
• Review work at the factory and site to ensure design accuracy and finish quality

Preferred Candidate Profile

• 2 to 4 years of experience in interior design or retail design
• Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp and rendering software
• Strong understanding of materials, finishes and construction details
• Good design sense with attention to detail
• Able to prepare complete working drawings independently
• Comfortable coordinating with clients, vendors and site teams
• Good communication and time management skills
• Willing to travel for site visits across Mumbai
• Experience in retail displays, commercial interiors or furniture design will be preferred
• Diploma or degree in Interior Design or Architecture
