Interior Designer

• Candidates should possess strong Space Planning and Interior Design skills, with the ability to create functional and aesthetically pleasing layouts for commercial and entertainment environments.
• Candidates should possess knowledge of Architecture and Construction Drawings, including the ability to prepare or interpret detailed plans, sections, and elevations for execution on site.
• Candidates should possess FF&E expertise, including selection of furniture, fixtures, and equipment that align with design concepts, durability, safety, and budget requirements.
• Proficiency in design and drafting software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or similar) and familiarity with visualization tools (e.g., Photoshop, 3D rendering) is beneficial.
• Relevant degree or diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field, with prior experience in commercial, hospitality, or cinema projects preferred.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and project coordination skills, with the ability to work on-site with cross-functional teams and vendors.
• Attention to detail, understanding of building codes and safety standards, and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
