Interior Designer

Meet clients to understand their lifestyle, space requirements, budget, and design preferences.

• Create innovative and functional interior concepts for residential spaces including modular kitchens, wardrobes, living rooms, and complete home interiors.
• Prepare 2D layouts, mood boards, space planning, and 3D visualizations using design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, or 3ds Max.
• Working in HomeLane is a plus.
• Present design ideas, material selections, color themes, and furniture concepts to clients.
• Coordinate with the sales team and convert client requirements into practical design solutions.
• Suggest materials, finishes, lighting, dcor elements, and storage solutions based on client needs and project budgets.
• Conduct site visits for measurements, design validation, and execution follow-ups.
• Work closely with project managers, vendors, carpenters, and installation teams to ensure smooth project execution.
• Ensure designs comply with company standards, functionality, safety, and quality requirements.
• Revise designs based on client feedback while maintaining timelines and feasibility.
• Prepare detailed drawings, BOQs (Bill of Quantities), and execution documents for production and installation teams.
• Stay updated with the latest interior design trends, materials, and modular solutions.
• Maintain excellent client relationships throughout the project lifecycle to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Handle multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and quality standards.
• Support project handover and ensure final output matches approved designs and client expectations.
