About the Role :- We are looking for a creative Interior Designer with 2+ years of experience specializing in space planning, modular solutions, and interior beautification. In this client-facing role, you will interact directly with clients to understand their needs, solve spatial challenges, and deliver complete design packages—including visual renderings and accurate Bill of Quantities (BOQ).

Key Responsibilities :-

• Meet directly with clients to understand objectives and provide tailored solutions for space planning, modular furniture, and interior aesthetics.
• Develop functional space layouts, 2D drafts, and 3D design concepts.
• Prepare comprehensive Bill of Quantities (BOQ) and detailed project cost estimates.
• Deliver complete design presentations and mock-ups to guide client decision-making.
• Apply current interior design trends, color schemes, and styling concepts to enhance aesthetics.

Requirements :-

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design or Architecture.
• 2+ years of professional experience in space planning and modular interior design.
• Expertise in preparing detailed BOQs and cost estimates.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp or 3ds Max, V-Ray and MS Office.
• Strong client communication, presentation, and spatial problem-solving skills.
