Role Description The Interior Designer Expert role is a full-time, on-site position based in Bengaluru North, focused on end-to-end interior design project execution. Responsibilities include consulting with clients to understand their requirements, developing design concepts, and creating detailed layouts for residential or commercial spaces. The role involves preparing and reviewing construction drawings, coordinating with architects, contractors, and vendors, and overseeing the selection and placement of furniture, fixtures, and equipment (FF&E). The Interior Designer Expert will manage project timelines and budgets, ensure adherence to quality standards, and conduct site visits to monitor progress and resolve design-related issues. This position offers a compensation of up to 6 LPA, with opportunities to influence design outcomes and contribute to the company's portfolio of high-quality interiors.
Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Interior Design and Space Planning skills to develop functional, aesthetically pleasing layouts.
• Candidates should possess Architecture and Construction Drawings skills to create and interpret technical plans and coordinate with project teams.
• Candidates should possess FF&E expertise to select and specify furniture, fixtures, and equipment aligned with design concepts and budgets.
• Proficiency in design software (such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or similar) and basic project management skills is beneficial.
• A degree or diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field from a recognized institution is preferred.
• Strong communication, client relationship management, and collaboration skills, with the ability to work on-site and handle multiple projects.
• Prior experience in residential or commercial interior projects in a fast-paced environment is an advantage.
