Interior Designer (Design + sales)

Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Interior Designer (Design + Sales) role based in Bengaluru. The Interior Designer will meet clients, understand their requirements, and translate them into design concepts, mood boards, and detailed space plans. The role involves preparing and reviewing drawings, selecting materials and finishes, proposing FF&E options, and coordinating with project and construction teams to ensure design intent is executed on-site. The Interior Designer will also manage the sales cycle, including presenting proposals, explaining design solutions and pricing, following up with leads, and closing deals while maintaining strong client relationships. Day-to-day responsibilities include site visits, client consultations, design revisions based on feedback, and collaboration with vendors and contractors to deliver projects on time and within budget.
Qualifications

• Candidates should possess skills in Interior Design, FF&E selection, and material/finish specification.
• Candidates should possess skills in Space Planning and functional layout development.
• Candidates should possess skills in Architecture understanding and coordination with structural and MEP aspects.
• Candidates should possess skills in preparing and interpreting Construction Drawings and detailed design documentation.
• Relevant qualifications such as a degree or diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
• Proficiency in design software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or similar visualization tools).
• Strong client-facing, presentation, and sales skills with the ability to explain design and pricing clearly.
• Attention to detail, time management, and the ability to coordinate with cross-functional teams and vendors.
• Knowledge of local materials, market prices, and current interior design trends in residential projects.
