Interior Designer / Architect / Senior Draftsman

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Design and develop detailed working drawings, shop drawings, and other documentation for interior projects using AutoCAD.
• Collaborate with project managers to ensure timely completion of projects by coordinating with contractors and suppliers.
• Prepare accurate estimates of materials required for construction based on design specifications.
• Conduct site visits to monitor progress, identify potential issues, and provide solutions.

Job Requirements :

• 5-8 years of experience as an Interior Architect or related field.
• Proficiency in creating detailed working drawings, shop drawings, and other documentation using AutoCAD software.
• Strong understanding of building codes, zoning regulations, and accessibility standards for commercial spaces.
• Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with clients, contractors, and suppliers.
