Job Overview

The Monarch Enterprises is looking for a creative and talented Interior Designer | 3D Visualizer with experience in Retail, Commercial, and Corporate Interior Projects. The ideal candidate should have expertise in interior design, space planning, and high-quality 3D visualization. You will be responsible for transforming client requirements into innovative designs and realistic 3D presentations while coordinating with production and execution teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop creative interior design concepts based on client requirements.
• Prepare space planning, layout plans, and furniture layouts.
• Create high-quality 3D renders, walkthroughs, and presentation visuals.
• Prepare working drawings, GFC drawings, and detailed furniture drawings.
• Develop mood boards, material boards, and design presentations.
• Coordinate with clients to understand design requirements and present concepts.
• Conduct site measurements and site visits when required.
• Coordinate with Production, Estimation, Procurement, and Site Execution teams.
• Ensure design accuracy and timely project delivery.
• Stay updated with the latest interior design trends, materials, and visualization techniques.

Required Skills

• Strong understanding of interior design principles and space planning.
• Excellent 3D visualization and rendering skills.
• Good knowledge of retail fixtures, modular furniture, and commercial interiors.
• Strong attention to detail and creativity.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Educational Qualification

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.

Experience

• 2–5 years of experience in Interior Design and 3D Visualization.
• Experience in Retail, Commercial, Corporate Interiors, Modular Furniture, Display Units, and Fit-Out Projects will be preferred.

Preferred Candidate

• Strong portfolio showcasing interior design and 3D rendering projects.
• Ability to independently handle projects from concept to visualization.
• Good understanding of furniture detailing and production drawings.
• Immediate joiners preferred.
