Role Description The Interior Design Sales role at Bosq – Ergonomic Living is a full-time, on-site position based in Bengaluru. This role involves meeting with prospective and existing clients to understand their workspace needs, presenting design concepts and ergonomic furniture solutions, and guiding clients through product selection. The Interior Design Sales professional will create space planning proposals, collaborate with the design and operations teams to ensure accurate layouts and installation details, and prepare quotations and sales documentation. Daily responsibilities include managing the sales pipeline, conducting showroom walk-throughs, providing exceptional customer service, and following up on leads to close projects. The role also includes staying current on interior design trends and ergonomic best practices to educate clients and support Bosq's brand as a workplace innovator.
Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Interior Design and Space Planning skills, with the ability to translate client needs into functional, aesthetically pleasing workspaces.
• Candidates should possess solid Sales and Customer Service skills, including relationship building, consultative selling, and handling client inquiries professionally.
• Candidates should possess a good understanding of Furniture and ergonomic solutions, with the ability to recommend appropriate products for various workspace requirements.
• Relevant qualifications such as a diploma or degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field are beneficial, along with experience in B2B or showroom-based sales.
• Candidates should possess strong communication and presentation skills, proficiency in basic design and office software, and a proactive, detail-oriented approach to project coordination.
• Prior experience in commercial interiors, office furniture, or workspace design projects is an advantage.
