JOB DESCRIPTION INTERIOR CONSULTANT

Job Summary
We are looking for a confident and customer-oriented Interior Consultant to understand clients’ interior design requirements, recommend suitable design solutions, explain project packages, and convert enquiries into confirmed projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle incoming interior design enquiries and generate leads through follow-ups.
- Understand clients’ requirements, preferences, budget, and project timelines.
- Explain interior design concepts, packages, materials, finishes, and services.
- Coordinate with the design team to prepare suitable design proposals and quotations.
- Schedule client meetings, site visits, and design consultations.
- Follow up with prospective clients and convert enquiries into confirmed projects.
- Negotiate pricing and project terms within company-approved guidelines.
- Maintain client records, enquiry status, and follow-up reports in the CRM.
- Coordinate with design and execution teams to ensure smooth client handover.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and maintain professional client relationships.
Eligibility Criteria
- Experience: 1–3 years in interior design sales, consultation, or a related field.
- Good communication, presentation, negotiation, and client-handling skills.
- Basic understanding of interior materials, finishes, modular kitchens, wardrobes, and residential interiors.
- Ability to understand floor plans and explain design concepts to clients.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools is preferred.
- Experience in an interior design firm or modular furniture company will be an advantage.

Compensation
