Interior Architect

Role & responsibilities;

• Supervise interior site execution as per approved drawings & specifications
• Coordinate with Design, Civil, MEP, Contractors & Consultants
• Ensure quality, finishing and timely completion of work
• Review drawings, BOQ, material specifications & site measurements
• Manage contractor/vendor coordination and resolve site issues
• Conduct snagging, rectification and handover activities

• Coordination with Civil, MEP & Design Teams
• Snagging & Rectification
• Site Problem Solving
• Knowledge of Interior Materials & Construction Methods
