Interior Architect / Interior BIM Modeler

Role & responsibilities

We are seeking an Interior Architect / Interior BIM Modeler (3-8 years experience) to develop and manage interior BIM models and construction documentation using Autodesk Revit. The role involves creating detailed models for interior elements such as partitions, ceilings, flooring, furniture, joinery, and millwork, while coordinating with Architectural, Structural, and MEP teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain accurate Revit BIM models.
• Prepare interior plans, elevations, sections, details, schedules, and construction drawings.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary BIM models and resolve clashes.
• Ensure compliance with BIM standards, QA/QC procedures, and project requirements.
• Support LOD 300 ,400 modeling, shop drawings, and project documentation.

Required Skills:

• Strong proficiency in Autodesk Revit and knowledge of AutoCAD.
• Experience in interior architecture, detailing, construction documentation, and BIM workflows.
• Understanding of interior construction methods, materials, and multidisciplinary coordination.

Preferred Skills:

• Navisworks, Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC), BIM Collaborate.
• Revit family creation, parametric modeling, and international project experience.
• Experience in hospitality, commercial, residential, retail, healthcare, or workplace interiors.

Preferred candidate profile

Detail-oriented professional with strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills, preferably with exposure to international projects (US, UK, Europe, Middle East, or Australia).
