We Don't Need Another Animator. We’re looking for a Motion Designer who can transform static interfaces into intelligent, intuitive product experiences. Someone who understands that great motion helps people understand, navigate, and interact with digital products—not simply admire them. If your biggest strength is making flashy animations, this role is probably not for you. If your biggest strength is using motion to solve problems, communicate meaning, and create seamless digital experiences that developers can confidently build, keep reading.

The Person We Are Looking For

• Thinks in interactions, not animations.
• Understands how motion improves usability and customer experience.
• Can translate UX flows into polished, meaningful interactions.
• Designs motion systems instead of isolated animations.
• Collaborates seamlessly with designers and developers.
• Pays attention to detail while understanding the bigger product vision.
• Uses AI as a force multiplier for ideation, exploration, documentation, and execution.
• Is curious, proactive, and constantly learning new tools and workflows.

Your Mission You will help shape how users experience our digital products through purposeful, scalable motion.

You Will Design Product Motion

• Design thoughtful interaction and motion for web and mobile products.
• Transform UX flows into refined micro-interactions and transitions.
• Define motion systems including timing, easing, hierarchy, and behaviour that align with our design systems.
• Use motion to communicate feedback, spatial relationships, and product intelligence. Collaborate with Development
• Create developer-ready motion specifications including duration, easing, and animation properties.
• Deliver implementation-ready assets using Lottie, JSON, CSS, or platform-specific formats.
• Partner closely with developers to ensure motion is accurately implemented.
• Identify and resolve gaps between design intent and production. Prototype & Build Systems
• Create high-fidelity prototypes to validate interactions before development.
• Build reusable and scalable motion patterns.
• Contribute to our evolving design system and motion guidelines.
• Continuously improve motion workflows across teams. Showcase Our Work
• Create compelling videos and motion assets for BOMBAYDC case studies, presentations, and product storytelling.

• Motion becomes a consistent and scalable part of every product experience.
• Developers can implement your designs with minimal clarification.
