IntelliMatch / SQL Developer

About this position:

At Xoriant, we are looking for a skilled IntelliMatch / SQL Developer to support reconciliation technology and operations within the financial services domain. In this role, you will develop, enhance, and maintain reconciliation solutions using IntelliMatch, SQL, and Python. You will work closely with business stakeholders, operations teams, and technical leads to understand requirements, improve reconciliation functionality, build reusable components, and support reliable production operations.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with IntelliMatch Classic or IntelliMatch NextGen (Version 24), strong SQL and relational database knowledge, and good Python development skills. Experience in financial services, production support, automation, and Agile delivery will be valuable.

Impact you will realize: Job Responsibilities

• Proactive engagement and interaction with the various leads to understand and capture requirements
• Enhancing and building out new reconciliations and other functionality
• Designing and implementing reusable components that add functionality to the existing infrastructure
• Automate the testing and deployment capabilities thereby enabling the team to be Agile
• Ensuring proper tooling is in place to monitor and improve stability of the plant
• Handling production issues and user tickets
• Working in a global team environment

Key skills you will require:

Primary Skills

• Hands on experience on Intellimatch Classic / Intellimatch NextGen(24 version)
• - Good knowledge of relational databases, SQL and Performance tuning
• - Basic Python development experience (debugging + writing optimized code)
• - Experience with ETL tools like Informatica will be nice to have
• - Experience with scripting/Autosys will be helpful
• - GenAI tools (e.g., Copilot)
• - Unix/Linux commands
• - Experience in Agile Methodology, Agile development practices
• - Self-starter with strong analytical, problem solving, interpersonal and communication skills
• - Highly motivated to expand their technical and business knowledge and understanding.
• - Prior experience of working in Finance industry and in global teams

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
