Overview: We are currently hiring iMATCH Developers across multiple experience bands for a growing reconciliation technology team. This is an excellent opportunity for professionals with hands-on experience in cash & trade reconciliations on Intellimatch (NextGen platform) to work on high-impact financial operations and transformation initiatives.

Role Expectations:

• Design and develop reconciliation solutions aligned to business requirements
• Analyse source data and define parsing logic for upstream systems
• Work closely with stakeholders across technology and operations
• Support end-to-end SDLC including development, testing, and deployment
• Provide user training and post-implementation support
• Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail
• Ability to work collaboratively in fast-paced project environments
• Good understanding of financial reconciliation processes

Key Skills Required:

• Hands-on experience with Intellimatch (NextGen 21.1.3 & above)
• Strong expertise in:
• Creating Companies, Balance Pools, Import Formats
• Configuring Match Rules, Models, Static Data
• Managing DTM, Scheduling Jobs
• Experience working on both Thick & Thin client environments
• Ability to perform data analysis, mapping, and reconciliation design
• Experience in QA testing and UAT support
• Working knowledge of SQL (queries; stored procedures – good to have)
• Exposure to Cognos / Crystal Reports (desirable) In reconciliation, accuracy is expected, true value lies in how intelligently exceptions are identified, explained, and resolved.
