JOB DESCRIPTION

We are seeking a Partner Integration Support Specialist to support existing partner integrations and assist with the setup of new integrations. The role will handle routine configuration and data mapping requests using documented procedures, maintain team reference materials, and track requests through resolution.

You will work closely with a US-based team. Requests that require interpretation, complex troubleshooting, or partner relationship management will be escalated to the appropriate team.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Set up borrower portal providers according to documented procedures, including credentials, identifiers, endpoints, and redirect URLs.
• Complete straightforward data mapping requests, including one-to-one merge mappings, XPath mappings, and mapping source values to specified data points.
• Maintain internal reference links, system details, and contact information.
• Support updates to job aids and reference materials.
• Update requests in the tracking tool, recording status, resolution, and follow-up actions.
• Follow up on requests awaiting information or action from partners or internal teams.
• Identify requests that fall outside documented procedures and escalate them with relevant details.
• Communicate clearly with internal teams and external partners.
• Participate in process improvement initiatives.

REQUIRED SKILLS

Working knowledge of XML and XPath.
• Familiarity with Microsoft SQL queries.
• Ability to follow detailed written procedures accurately and consistently.
• Familiarity with standard technical troubleshooting processes.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Good problem-solving skills and the ability to recognize when to escalate.
• Ability to manage multiple requests, meet deadlines, and maintain accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.

PREFERRED SKILLS

• Experience with XML Spy or a comparable XML editor.
• Experience with Jira and Confluence.
• Basic HTML knowledge.
