Integration & Pilot Intern

Role & responsibilities

• Assist in UAV assembly, integration, testing, and maintenance.
• Support mission planning, pre-flight/post-flight inspections, and flight operations under supervision.
• Monitor telemetry, communication links, and UAV system health during flights.
• Configure flight controllers, telemetry systems, and onboard payloads.
• Perform hardware and software troubleshooting and analyze flight data.
• Support ground testing, flight trials, and technical documentation.
• Ensure compliance with safety and operational procedures.

Qualification

• Pursuing or recently completed a Diploma, Bachelor's, or Master's degree in Aerospace, Electronics & Communication, Robotics, Mechatronics, Mechanical, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong interest in UAVs, robotics, aviation, and autonomous systems.
• Basic understanding of drone flight principles and electronics.
• Willingness to travel and work in field-testing environments.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with drone assembly or flight operations.
• Familiarity with PX4, ArduPilot, Mission Planner, or QGroundControl.
• Basic knowledge of UART, CAN, I2C, and SPI communication protocols.
• Knowledge of Python, C++, or embedded systems.
• Understanding of GPS, telemetry, and navigation systems.
• DGCA Remote Pilot Certificate is an added advantage.
