Drive discussions and consult on transformation, the customer journey, functional/application designs and ensure technology and business solutions represent business requirements.

Summary:
As an Integration Engineer, a typical day involves engaging closely with clients to offer expert guidance on business and system integration challenges. This role requires understanding client requirements thoroughly and translating them into practical technology and business solutions. The day often includes leading discussions on transformation initiatives, mapping out customer journeys, and designing functional and application frameworks that align with business objectives. Collaboration with various stakeholders to ensure that the implemented solutions meet the intended business needs is a key aspect of daily activities, fostering seamless integration and effective outcomes.


Roles Responsibilities:

Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.

Responsible for team decisions.

Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.

Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.

Lead efforts to identify integration challenges and develop innovative approaches to address them.

Facilitate communication between technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure alignment and clarity.

Mentor junior team members by providing guidance and support to enhance their skills and performance.


Professional Technical Skills:


Must To Have Skills:

Proficiency in Graph Databases.

Good To Have Skills: Experience with Neo4j.

Strong knowledge of data modeling and schema design specific to graph database technologies.

Ability to optimize queries and manage performance tuning within graph database environments.

Experience in integrating graph databases with various enterprise systems and applications.

Familiarity with data security and governance principles as they apply to graph data management.

The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Graph Databases.

This position is based at our Bengaluru office.

A 15 years full time education is required.
