Project Role Description :Provide consultative Business and System Integration services to help clients implement effective solutions. Understand and translate customer needs into business and technology solutions. Drive discussions and consult on transformation, the customer journey, functional/application designs and ensure technology and business solutions represent business requirements.

Summary:
As an Integration Engineer, a typical day involves engaging closely with clients to offer expert advice on business and system integration challenges. This role requires understanding client requirements thoroughly and translating them into practical technology and business solutions. The day often includes leading discussions on transformation initiatives, mapping out customer journeys, and designing functional and application frameworks that align with business objectives. Collaboration with various stakeholders to ensure that solutions meet the intended business needs is a key part of daily activities, fostering seamless integration and effective implementation.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify integration challenges and develop innovative approaches to resolve them.
- Facilitate communication between technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals.
- Mentor junior team members by sharing knowledge and guiding their professional development.

Must To Have Skills:
Proficiency in Site Reliability Engineering.
- Good To Have Skills:Experience with JavaScript, Python (Programming Language).
- Strong knowledge of system integration principles and best practices.
- Ability to design and implement scalable and reliable infrastructure solutions.
- Experience with monitoring, incident response, and performance tuning in complex environments.
- Familiarity with automation tools and scripting to improve operational efficiency.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Site Reliability Engineering.
- This position is based at our BDC7B - SEZ office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
