The day includes driving discussions around transformation initiatives, analyzing the customer journey, and contributing to the design of functional and application architectures. The Integration Engineer ensures that technology and business solutions align closely with the defined business requirements, facilitating seamless integration and successful project outcomes through collaboration and strategic consultation.

Roles Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the coordination of integration activities to ensure alignment with business objectives and technical feasibility.
- Facilitate communication between stakeholders to clarify requirements and resolve integration challenges.
- Mentor junior team members by providing guidance and support to enhance their understanding of integration processes.

- Strong analytical skills to interpret complex business needs and translate them into technical specifications.
- Experience in mapping business processes and identifying integration points across systems.
